 How will  I receive My order? Do you deliver? Shipping? Pick up?

For all local orders (within Renfrew County, Ontario) you may either pick up your order at my home or  you may request personal delivery.

If you do not pick up or accept delivery of your order within 7 days of completion you forfeit all rights to your order and I may resell it.

For  local customers if you require an extension  on this  timeline you MUST contact me within 3 days  of  receiving notice that your order is complete.

All other orders will be shipped to you upon completion.
For all shipped orders If  the order is returned  to me  due to non acceptance of delivery or  due  to you providing me the wrong address information, You forfeit all rights to your order and  I may resell it.

For locally delivered orders I charge a 10$  delivery fee upon  completeion of your order.
 

For all shipped orders I will provide a tracking number. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and  I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders once they leave my possession to be shipped to you.

FAQ

How can I  pay for my Order?

I currently can only accept a limited variety of payment methods, including Cash, and Interac E-transfer to mermaidbee1000@gmail.com. I am working to be able to accept more varied payment methods in the future! Please feel free to  use the option most convenient for you when requesting an order.

I require a 50 percent  non-refundable deposit of the total amount when placing your order. You will Receive a receipt via email with the amount paid and  a form for the amount still owing. I require full payment before  or upon completion of your order. I currently can only accept orders within Canada.

 

What materials are used in Matt's Crafts products? How can I Place an order?

My products are handcrafted using plastic canvas and yarn, which are carefully selected for their durability and quality. These materials allow me to create intricate designs with vibrant colors that will last for years to come.
To place an Order simply fill out the contact form on this website or contact me via Facebook @mattscrafts120913. I also accept phone orders between the hours of 9am and 3pm EST. To place an order by phone please call me  at 6136395631. leave me a detailed message with your name, phone number and what you would like to order and  i will get back to you and get started ASAP!

Can I request a custom design for a product?

Yes, I love creating unique and personalized crafts for my customers. Simply contact me with your ideas and preferences, and I will work with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders are a great way to add a personal touch to your home decor.

How long does it take to receive a custom-made product?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the time it takes to create and ship a custom order may vary. Typically, custom orders are completed and shipped, delivered, or picked up within 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload as well as  your location, pick up vs shipping and any other life complexities that may arise. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

What is your return policy for Matt's Crafts products?

I take pride in the quality of my handmade crafts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange of  a premade item. I want you to be happy with your unique creation from Matt's Crafts.

Due to the  time it takes to create these items and due to the facts that:

- i am only one person single handedly creating these. 
-I am hand stitching them just for you
- the nature of designing and hand stitching them 

I unfortunately cannot provide refunds or accept returns. As stated above  exchanges are available within 7 days  of receipt of your order on PRE MADE Items ONLY! I cannot Provide returns or exchanges on custom Items and all Custom designed Order sales are Final.
